Frequently Asked Questions

Answers on solar modules, inverters, battery energy storage, EV charging and international order handling — prepared by the TRESUN-TECH technical team for distributors, EPCs and project developers.

Which inverter brands and series can you supply?

Our current inverter portfolio covers verified Growatt and Deye families — on-grid, hybrid and off-grid platforms from residential string models up to three-phase commercial ranges — together with Solis, INVT and JFY ranges for selected markets. The model families published on this site are the ones we can quote with confirmed specification data.

How do you match solar modules with an inverter?

Matching is done on the datasheet: module power and temperature coefficients, MPPT voltage window, maximum input voltage and current, string configuration and the target DC/AC ratio. Send us the module and inverter candidates — or simply your project location, load profile and roof or ground area — and our engineers will return a proposed string layout and DC/AC ratio for review.

What battery chemistry do your ESS products use, and how long is the cycle life?

Our storage platforms use LFP (LiFePO4) cells. LFP chemistry is specified for long service life — typically in the order of 6,000 cycles at the depth of discharge, temperature and C-rate defined by the cell supplier — with strong thermal stability. The rated cycle life, usable energy and end-of-life capacity for each model are stated on its datasheet, so the applicable figure is always the one issued with your quotation.

Which ESS configurations are available for residential, commercial and industrial projects?

The range spans wall-mounted and floor-standing home batteries, low-voltage stackable units, all-in-one home ESS with integrated inverter, PV and AC charging plus UPS function, air-cooled and liquid-cooled battery cabinets, and containerised systems for larger sites. They can be applied to new builds and to retrofit projects, grid-tied or with backup duty, depending on the selected model.

What DC EV charger power ratings do you offer, and what does the site need to provide?

Published DC charger families cover 20–30 kW, 40 kW, 60 kW, 80/120/160 kW, 120/160/180 kW and 240 kW classes. For each site the practical limits are the available grid connection, the number of simultaneous charging points and the required energy per session. Share the site layout and electrical capacity and we will confirm the matching model, cable and protection arrangement.

Can charging stations be combined with storage or solar on the same site?

Yes — combined EV charging plus BESS, and solar-diesel hybrid configurations, are part of our published solution scope. Storage can buffer peak charging demand and reduce the required grid connection, while PV can cover part of the daily energy. The system architecture is confirmed per site against the charger ratings and the storage capacity selected.

How do I request datasheets, MOQ information and shipping terms?

Available datasheets and the applicable product documentation are shared against the model or performance range you are evaluating — before any order is placed. MOQ depends on the product family and configuration and is confirmed in the quotation rather than applied as one figure across the catalogue; trial and mixed-model orders can be discussed for a first cooperation, and OEM/ODM support covers branding, labelling, packaging and manual customisation. Shipment terms such as FOB or CIF, packing method, quantity per container and lead time are stated in the quotation, with export documents prepared for the destination market.

What warranty and after-sales support is provided?

Warranty is defined per product family — solar modules carry their stated linear power warranty, while battery and inverter platforms fall in the 5–10 year range depending on model and market. The applicable warranty statement, service route and spare-parts arrangement are issued with the quotation, and our technical engineers remain the contact point after delivery.
